My name is Sharmin Banu, I am a Career Advancement Coach. I live in Seattle WA with my husband and our daughter. I hold a CPC(Certified Professional Coach) and a BS and an MS in Computer Science. I grew up in Bangladesh, came to the US for my graduate school. I have worked as a Software Engineer for 12+ years including eight years at Microsoft where I held a management position. As a manager I realized I enjoy empowering people to achieve their career and life goals. After doing some more research and soul searching, I left my job in April 2009 to become a coach.
